A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

What happens after we send our story?
SESAN STUDIO reviews your brief and contacts you using your preferred method to discuss your wedding and prepare a proposal. Sending the questionnaire does not create a client account or confirm a booking.
Do we need a wedding email address?
Yes. If your invitation includes RSVP, you must create a dedicated wedding email address that you can both access and add it to your questionnaire. This is where guest replies and notifications will go. SESAN STUDIO will connect and test delivery before launch. We only need the address, never your email password.
Is everything digital?
Yes. We create digital invitations and experiences. Printing, stationery and physical products are not part of this collection.
What does an experience cost?
Your quote depends on the product, level of personalisation and optional extras. We agree the scope, payment schedule, delivery date and hosting terms before work begins.
How does the creative process work?
Our proposed process includes two visual concepts, development of one selected direction and two consolidated revision rounds. A new direction or added features after approval are quoted separately. Final terms are agreed in your proposal.
Can our guests reply online?
RSVP can be included according to your package: email notifications with securely stored responses, or a guest dashboard with attendance, plus-ones and dietary preferences. These services will be configured and tested for your project.
Can we include music or more than one language?
Yes, as agreed in your scope. An original love song and additional languages are optional extras. Guests choose when to turn on music. Usage rights are confirmed before delivery.
How long will our invitation stay online?
Hosting duration, maintenance, renewal and closure are agreed before launch. A personal domain is an optional 12-month service, with ownership and renewal terms clearly stated.
What happens to our photos and answers?
Only when you press Send to SESAN STUDIO, your answers and contact details are saved in our private customer database so we can follow up on your enquiry. We also receive an email notification through Formspree. Send photos separately via WeTransfer to [email protected], including both names and your wedding date. You can save an encrypted draft of your answers or print your brief.
