How much does social media management cost?
Monthly totals are €1,250 for Starter, €1,750 for Growth and €2,600 for Premium, including the listed Meta ad budget and ad management fee. There is a one-time €450 setup fee. All prices exclude VAT. The package cards above show exactly what is included.
How is the advertising budget paid?
The Meta advertising budget is included in the displayed monthly total, but you pay it directly to Meta through your own advertising account. SESAN’s service fees are billed separately. Any additional advertising spend requires your approval.
What is the minimum commitment?
We start with a three-month commitment. Continued management then requires a 12-month agreement, unless we agree on an alternative arrangement. We discuss your existing commitments alongside SESAN’s availability and confirm the term, start date and scope in writing.
Is filming included?
Premium includes two on-location visits per month, lasting 45–60 minutes each, with live Stories during those scheduled visits. Starter and Growth can add filming at €150 per 45–60-minute visit, excluding VAT. The setup fee covers familiarisation and access coordination, not an extra filming visit. We agree the location and scheduling with you.
Which platforms can you manage?
Starter includes Facebook plus Instagram or TikTok. Growth includes Facebook plus two additional platforms, and Premium includes Facebook plus three. We agree the platform mix around your audience and goals. An additional social media channel costs €150 per month, excluding VAT.
How do we get started?
Tell us about your brand, goals, preferred timing and the package you have in mind. Once the scope is agreed, we confirm the required account permissions, brand assets, campaign information and a main contact. The €450 setup fee is payable before onboarding begins.
Can you guarantee followers or sales?
Our focus is a clear strategy, consistent content and meaningful reporting. Results depend on your audience, offer, budget and platform behaviour, so we do not promise specific follower numbers, reach or sales.
